This Privacy Policy explains how taxigoplus (“TaxiGoPlus”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use TaxiGoPlus (the Customer app, Driver app, website, and related services). A) Account & profile
Name, phone number and/or email
Password (stored securely in hashed form)

B) Trip / service data
Pickup and drop-off locations (address and/or coordinates)
Service type (taxi, truck sizes, motorcycle, ambulance request where available)
Trip timestamps, status, fare details, notes you submit (optional)
C) Location data
Customer app: location (precise or approximate, depending on your device permission) to suggest nearby drivers and improve pickup accuracy.
Driver app: location including in the background (when enabled) to navigate, update trip progress, calculate distance/time, improve safety and service reliability.
D) Device & usage
Device type, OS, app identifiers, IP address, crash logs, diagnostic data
Interaction analytics to improve performance and user experience
E) Payments (if enabled)
If you pay through a third-party payment provider, the provider may process payment details directly; we typically receive only payment status/transaction reference.
If you use external methods (transfer / proof of payment), we may collect the reference and/or proof you submit.
We use data to:
Create and manage accounts
Match customers with drivers and operate trips/services
Provide navigation and real-time trip tracking
Send service messages (booking updates, confirmations, support)
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
