Terms & Conditions — TaxiGoPlus

These Terms govern your use of TaxiGoPlus (Customer app, Driver app, website). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The service

TaxiGoPlus is a technology platform operated by taxigoplus that connects:

• Customers requesting transport/logistics services (taxi, truck sizes, motorcycle, etc.)

• Drivers / service providers who accept and complete requests

Ambulance requests: TaxiGoPlus may facilitate requesting available ambulance services where applicable, but it is not a substitute for official emergency services. In life-threatening emergencies, contact the official emergency number immediately.

2) Eligibility & account

• You must provide accurate, current information.

• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

• You must not create accounts using false identities or someone else’s details.

3) Driver requirements (Driver app)

Drivers/service providers must:

• Provide valid and accurate identity and vehicle documents as required by the platform

• Comply with Algerian traffic and safety rules and all applicable regulations

• Maintain respectful conduct and avoid harassment, threats, or discrimination

• Not manipulate GPS/location, pricing, or platform operations

4) Bookings, acceptance, and cancellations

• A request becomes confirmed once a driver accepts (or a driver is assigned).

• Cancellation rules and any fees (if enabled) may apply and will be shown in-app where relevant.

• Repeated unreasonable cancellations (by customer or driver) may lead to restrictions or suspension.

5) Pricing and fees

• Estimated fares may change based on distance, time, traffic, stops, service type, waiting time, and other factors.

• Any platform/service fees, cancellation fees, or waiting fees (if enabled) are disclosed in the app and form part of the transaction when you confirm.

6) Payments

TaxiGoPlus may support multiple payment methods depending on your configuration (cash, electronic payments, transfer/proof of payment). Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms.

7) Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate, or abuse any user

• Request illegal services or transport prohibited goods

• Damage vehicles or property

• Use the platform for fraud, hacking, or manipulation

8) Ratings and content

Users may leave ratings and feedback. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

9) Intellectual property

TaxiGoPlus names, logos, UI, and software are owned by or licensed to taxigoplus. You may not copy or use them without permission.

10) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, safety risks, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.

11) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• We strive for uptime and accurate matching, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Drivers are responsible for driving, safety, and compliance with laws.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, taxigoplus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to your use of the platform.

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Tlemcen, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
